You can return any item within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags/ packaging. You will need to have the item returned to us via drop-off or courier.
Simply email us your order number and reason for return to enable us to provide the best post-purchase service possible.
Once the item is received and inspected by a member of our team; a full refund of the product price (less the delivery fee to you) will be completed

We aim to have orders despatched within 48 hours of your order being processed, however there are times where we may be unable to send orders out straight away, due to holidays, busy periods etc.
Please do contact us if you have any questions regarding your delivery or require a tracking number for your order.
All international orders from Caro Futsal are shipped via Australia Post at highly competitive rates. Our system automatically calculates the shipping cost based on Australia Post’s pricing.
In rare cases where Australia Post cannot locate your address, a default shipping fee will apply:
- $20 AUD for standard shipping
- $30 AUD for express shipping
This set fee usually covers most destinations worldwide. If the actual shipping cost is lower, we will refund you the difference.
For customers outside Oceania, there is a possibility that shipping costs may slightly exceed the calculated rate. If this occurs, we will contact you with a payment request for the additional amount.
